Redesigning the ray wifi app for enhanced usability

To improve user interaction, our team undertook a major redesign of the Ray Wifi app, guided by extensive user feedback and a detailed UX audit. The redesign targeted a more intuitive navigation system and user-friendly visual cues to accommodate all users, including the less tech-savvy.

We simplified the interface to reduce the steps involved in daily wifi management tasks like setting up guest networks and adjusting security protocols.  Enhancing visual communication through larger fonts, high-contrast colors, and clearer icons, allowed for easier navigation and quicker understanding.

The app's information architecture was overhauled to highlight essential features, enabling quick access without cumbersome navigation. A new personalized dashboard now gives users an immediate overview of their network's status, including device activity and security alerts, streamlining network management.
